About Cosmo

Cosmo is operated by Del Principe Ventures LLC. This website explains a product currently in private pilot. It does not offer public self-service access or promise that every planned agent, integration, or workflow is available. Any separately agreed pilot terms govern pilot participation if they conflict with these website terms.

Using the website and pilot

Use Cosmo lawfully and only for accounts, apps, and materials you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to bypass security, access another participant’s data, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service for spam or deceptive content.

Pilot participants must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business or app they represent. You remain responsible for the information you provide and for the decisions you authorize.

Your content and connected services

You retain rights in the content and app materials you provide. You permit us and the service providers used for your requested features to process those materials to provide the service. Only upload or authorize use of materials for which you have the necessary rights.

Third-party services have their own terms, limits, review processes, and availability. Connecting an account is not a guarantee of publishing approval, delivery, app-store acceptance, or continued platform access. If you use YouTube features, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.

AI assistance and authority

AI responses, recommendations, drafts, and generated media may contain errors. Review content for accuracy, rights, suitability, and platform requirements. Cosmo does not guarantee downloads, revenue, engagement, virality, or a business outcome.

Research access, draft creation, publishing, messages, spending, and app releases are separate actions. Availability depends on the feature, your granted permissions, applicable budget, and required approval. You can pause or revoke available permissions through the pilot controls or contact us.

Costs and availability

This public website does not collect payment. Any pilot charges, subscriptions, or third-party usage costs must be agreed separately. A development allowance is not authorization for unrelated operating expenses.

The pilot may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Do not rely on experimental features as your sole record or sole means of operating a critical service. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
