Who we are
Cosmo is operated by Del Principe Ventures LLC. Contact us about privacy at support@cosmoapp.ai.
Information we handle
- Website visits: our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and operational logs to deliver and protect the website. This public site does not include advertising pixels, an analytics tracking script, or a registration form.
- Messages you send us: your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide.
- Pilot workspaces: app briefs, conversations, files, source information, settings, approved tasks, and work records that participants provide or authorize Cosmo to process.
- Connected accounts: the account identifiers, authorization credentials, content metadata, and performance information available under the permissions you grant. We do not ask for your social account password.
Social account connections
Direct social integrations are being tested. When enabled for a pilot participant, you choose the account or Page within that app’s workspace. Current read features may access the following:
- YouTube: channel identity, uploaded-video metadata, and available video or channel performance statistics. Analytics access may be requested for reporting; it does not mean every analytics feature is active.
- Instagram: professional account identity, recent media metadata, captions, and available engagement counts.
- TikTok: profile identity, profile statistics, recent video metadata, and available performance counts.
- Facebook: Pages you can manage, the Page you select, published-post metadata, and information the granted read permissions make available.
Connecting for research does not enable posting or private messaging. Those features are in development and require separate, relevant permission and in-product controls before use.
How we use information
We use information to provide the features you request, maintain app-specific context, present research and performance reports, prepare work, resolve support issues, and protect the service. We use your account permissions and workspace settings to determine which features may run.
When you use an AI-assisted pilot feature, relevant conversation, app, file, or research context may be sent to the model or media provider configured for that feature. We do not send social authorization credentials to a language model. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before consequential use.
Google and YouTube data
Cosmo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use authorized Google data only for the user-facing features described here. We do not sell it, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Human access to Google user data is limited to permitted cases, such as your explicit consent for support, security investigation, or legal requirements. You can revoke Google access at Google’s third-party connections settings. Google’s handling of its own data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Service providers and disclosure
The public site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Pilot features use configured services, which may include OpenRouter for model access and ElevenLabs for voice. Social requests go to the social provider you connect. Relevant data is shared only to support the requested feature, protect the service, comply with applicable law, or act on your instructions. Providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
The current pilot uses private workspace storage, with encrypted storage for direct social authorization credentials. App context, conversations, saved research, and work records persist until removed or the pilot workspace is retired. Disconnecting removes the active local grant and current account snapshot; it does not automatically erase every previous conversation, output, backup, or provider-held record.
You may request deletion of those records using the process below. We retain information only as needed for the applicable service, support, security, or legal purpose. Any residual backups or required records are addressed as part of the request. We explain applicable exceptions instead of promising immediate deletion from every system.
Your choices and requests
You can stop a pilot workflow, disconnect an account, revoke provider access, and request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Contact support@cosmoapp.ai or follow our data deletion instructions. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account or workspace. Do not email passwords or access tokens.
Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.
Location, age, and changes
Cosmo and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Cosmo’s pilot is intended for adults operating apps and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or request renewed consent where required before materially new uses of connected-account data.
